The American Cancer Society GenNow Network engages young professionals across the nation in the fight against cancer. These passionate individuals raise funds and awareness by leveraging their personal and professional networks, organizing mission – based activities, and fostering community partnerships. Previously recognized as Associated Board of Ambassadors, we are proud to now be a founding chapter of the American Cancer Society GenNow Network here in Anchorage!

About Our Chapter

We are proud of the work we have made possible throughout the state of Alaska since initiating our efforts in 2016. The Alaska GenNow Network is a community of young professionals committed to the American Cancer Society’s mission – saving lives by eliminating cancer – through philanthropic efforts to fund research for cures, support for patients, prevention and detection. With over $156,465 raised over the last 8 years we have been able to support the mission of the American Cancer Society and make a difference in the fight against cancer.

Alaska GenNow Network is made up of members age 21-39 representing a variety of Alaskan companies, the Alaska GenNow Chapter provides extensive volunteer and networking opportunities for young professionals.
